Supernatural Season 10 Finale Theories

Okay, so we all know that the season 10 finale is coming up next week. So far, here's what else we know.

• Dean has the Mark of Cain, and it's getting worse-fast
• Charlie is dead
• Sam is desperate
• Crowley is no help anymore
• Metatron is still running around, mortal but with the Demon Tablet
• Adam was mentioned this season
• Death is in the last episode
• The Mark could possibly be removed, but only with 'Lucifer-level' power
• The Styne family is dead, thanks to Dean's rampage
• According to Misha, 'Bad, bad things are going to happen
• According to Jensen, 'Another fan favorite is going to die'

Basically, we're screwed.

The first thing I want to focus on is the fact that we don't have that many fan favorites left. As we saw in 'The Prisoner', Dean is getting worse and came close to killing one of the few people that still cares about him. That can't be good. My thoughts: Either Cas, Sam, or Dean will be facing some kind of painful end.

Another thing I would like to look at is the fact that Adam was mentioned again. Now, we haven't heard about the Winchester's youngest brother in seasons. Supernatural has been known for foreshadowing. It has also been mentioned that only a Lucifer-level power had the possibility to remove the Mark. Metatron, though mortal, ran off with the Demon Tablet earlier this season. Thoughts: The removal of the Mark has something to do with Lucifer, Adam, Michael, and Death.

I'm technically only on season five, so any help you can offer with this would be greatly appreciated. I have read about other season, but I don't have the first-had experience with the different characters. I do have more in depth theories, but I really don't want to post them until I watch the season finale.
